Keith: They’re fast because they’re motivated. Quite honestly — we pay them. And we bonus them weekly if they build tools based on what innkeepers need. That creates urgency. This isn’t some bloated corporate roadmap with 6-month timelines. This is: idea in, code out, live by Thursday.
